Digital Marketing & Implementation Specialist

Assists with planning and execution of digital marketing strategies including but not limited to; Search Engine Marketing, targeted email, social media (organic & paid), and display advertising campaigns. Collaborates on design efforts, integral in campaign build out, and oversight of client social media presence. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). (That sounds so formal, huh?) Basically, we are looking for someone to expand the digital footprint and promote the brand for our awesome base of local clients.

Responsibilities & Duties
The InkMaster Apprentice’s duties will include, but not limited to:
– Implementation and Optimization of Google Ads campaigns
– Implementation and Optimization of Social Media Ad campaigns
– Data analysis & reporting of Google and Social Media campaigns
– Assist in social media strategy development based on client needs
– Collaboration on organic social media content and posting process
– Assist with weekly website maintenance and/or security updates
– Creation and execution of strategic email marketing campaigns
– Assist with Google My Business profile management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria while also being laid back, goal driven, easily amused and perhaps defined as a “purple unicorn.”
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing brand driven & business based social media accounts
– Experience with posting, advertising and reporting on: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
– A Bachelor’s degree is a plus… but not a must. As long as you have the experience!
– Experience with Social Media Ad Account creation, stewardship, optimization & reporting
– Experience with Google Analytics and the Google Ads platform
– Proficient with Microsoft Office…or google docs. Our big ask is that you know how to work with spreadsheets and a ppt equivalent.
It Would Be Really Cool If...
– Video production experience is definitely a plus… but hey, as long as you have a great phone, a creative eye for social media videos and know how to #makeyourmark professionally… you’ve got our attention.
– Graphic design experience is an added bonus (think photoshop or even Canva.) TAT2 Marketing Group does have our own in-house “Creative Ninja”… but we’d love someone to bring a creative twist to social posting and have the know-how to make it #distINKtive.
